All jewelry is produced in the UK and shipped from the UK, therefore delivery times may be longer.

By placing an order with us, you are making a pre-order, which means the jewelry is not physically in stock with us — we order it individually based on each customer’s request.

• Delivery takes approximately 14 business days, however this may vary depending on order volume, logistics, and other external factors.

• The jewelry is first delivered to us. We carefully inspect it to ensure there are no defects or other issues, and only then do we ship it to customers.

• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services, logistics companies, or international shipping.

• Shipping fee: €3.70 (regardless of the delivery destination)

• Free shipping on orders over €100

• An order can only be canceled before it has been sent for production/shipping. After that, cancellation may not be possible.

• By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.

• Returns are only possible if the jewelry has a manufacturer’s defect.
• If a defect is identified, we will inform you before shipping. You may then choose to either keep the item or request a refund.
• Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after the return process has been initiated.
• Returns do not include shipping costs or any additional fees — only the amount paid for the jewelry itself will be refunded.
